The market is located in Mid Town Parking Lot, 42 Main street Grand Bend. Rules & Guidelines You will be directed to your spot upon arrival. If you are attending more than one you many not have the same spot. We expect everyone there at least an HOUR ahead of time, if it takes longer for you to set up your booth, please come earlier. Earliest arrival is 12 pm. We have limited access to hydro. Hydro is a first come first service, which you will be informed upon your acceptance. Hydro is also an added fee Stalls will be about a 10 x 10 space 10 x 10 Tents are permitted, nothing larger. Any other kind of shelter please email beccabrady9@gmail.com for approval We have a couple 10 x 10 tents available to rent for an added fee. We expect every vendor to respect other vendors. If there is any issues and concerns, please approach the market coordinator Becca Brady. (Please note: not all issues can be resolved quickly. We will do our best, but patience is needed) If any problems escalate you will be asked to remove yourself and not welcome back. If you have signed up and paid for multiple markets, you lose your spot and your deposit. Vendor Fees Vendor fee for is $40 for each market attended. Each vendor is expected to pay for fees as soon as they have been accepted to hold their spot. Payment is expected within the week of acceptance. If payment is not received, the spot will not be saved. Payment cheques can be made to the Grand Bend Jingle Bells Group Hydro is also an added fee of $5 per market. It will be expected with vendor fees. Tent Rentals is an added fee of $5 per market. It will be expected with vendor fees. Advertising We would love for you to tag us in your advertising.
